What we collect
We process your email and authentication identifiers, résumé content, job descriptions, saved analyses, application-tracking details, credit balance, and basic technical data needed to operate and secure Applytone.
How we use it
We use this data to authenticate you, produce the features you request, save your private work, prevent abuse, process purchases, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, OpenAI processes text submitted for AI features, Cloudflare hosts the application and database, and Paddle handles checkout, tax, and payment records. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
AI processing
Résumé and job-description text is sent to the configured AI provider only when you request an analysis or draft. Applytone requests that these API responses are not stored by the AI provider, but provider security and legal retention may still apply.
Retention and control
Saved work remains until you delete it or delete your account. Operational and payment records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations. You can delete individual saved items in the product and request permanent account deletion from Account settings.
Your choices
You may access and edit saved content in the app, delete saved résumés and analyses, or delete your account. For privacy questions or requests, email support@applytone.com.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date above.
