Using Applytone
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and use the service lawfully. You remain responsible for reviewing every generated suggestion and for the accuracy of every application you submit.
No employment guarantee
Applytone is an editing and organization tool. It does not provide legal, recruiting, or career-placement services and does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or applicant-tracking-system results.
AI output
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Do not add a claim, skill, metric, credential, or experience that you cannot truthfully support. Review all output before relying on or sharing it.
Accounts and acceptable use
Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service, bypass credit or security controls, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful content, or use Applytone to deceive employers. We may restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Credits and payments
Credits are consumed when a completed analysis is delivered; failed analyses are designed to be refunded automatically. Purchases are one-time unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Paddle processes payments as merchant of record.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Applytone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or decisions made using generated output. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
